183 hectares, located in the district of Dos Ríos, in the canton of Upala province Alajuela at 56 kilometers. Also, this farm can be accessed from the city of Liberia just 57 kilometers away. This property is mainly used for cattle due to its large extension of land. The abundance of water resources is high as well as its vegetation due to its rainy and sunny climate that is constantly changing, the farm is bordered by the Pizote River and has a lagoon that does not dry.
